Hotels

Hi all

Just to let you know that The Woodhouse is now fully booked for both the 8th & 9th May.

We would recommend that if you need a hotel for either night that you book the Premier Inn in Rugby http://www.premierinn.com/pti/hotelInformation.do?hotelId=27824&iscsell=

There are actually 2 in Rugby, you need Rugby North which is in the link above.

They have full availability for these dates next year. It's £51 per room plus £5.25 if you want breakfast. It is also right next to a Harvester which would be good if you can't manage to get up until lunchtime!

Central reservations is 0870 242 8000, remember to ask for Rugby North. Alternitavely you can book online.

As we will be arranging a coach to and from The Woodhouse, it would be really handy if you could let us know where you will staying so we get the right numbers.

Not long to go now! Dead excited!

Save the Dates

Well the save-the-date cards should have hit your doorsteps by now. Hope everyone likes them, thanks to becci and lucy for spending about 3 weekends helping me make them. Better start on the real ones soon.

Also the woodhouse has a new website http://www.woodhouseinn.co.uk/ Dave and I are going to an open day there in a couple of weeks to have a nosey at all the changes they have made. I think I might want to upgrade to the marquee., The budget can stretch can't it (dad?)

Dave says I should post a picture to make my posts less boring - the cheek. Here you go hope it works

Hmmmm.....not taking any notes from this one

http://www.heatworld.com/Article/1859/The+must-see+TV+event+of+the+week!

First post!

Here is my first post!

Hope you like the website. The Woodhouse website seems to have disappeared into cyberspace so we've linked to that weird 'English Inns' website for now. For those who don't know, The Woodhouse is where we plan to hold both the ceremony and the reception. We chose this venue mainly because of the beautiful setting, but also because it's just a really lovely relaxed location, all the staff are great and I also have my very own wedding planner there as well - I love her! It's perfect for a wedding followed by a massive party :o) It's currently being renovated and having a lot of money spent on making the place look fantastic.

Think that's it for now.
